A. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Domestic (Pakistan): Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from the dispatch date.

• Sale / Peak Periods: Delivery during sales or festive seasons may take 5–7 business days.

• Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply to promotional thresholds (e.g., orders over PKR 5,000).

B. Order Dispatch & Tracking

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours on working days (Monday to Saturday).

• Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email containing your courier tracking number.

C. Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification

For COD orders, our customer support team may contact you via SMS, Phone, or WhatsApp to confirm your order details prior to dispatch.
